Pigeon, together with the Landowners, is bringing forward plans for a high-quality, landscape and design-led sustainable scheme on land north of Greensward Lane, Hockley.

Our scheme proposes approximately 90 new market and affordable homes, including bungalows; a care home (approximately 80 beds) alongside substantial areas of open space, including areas for children’s play; and sustainable drainage.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the proposed scheme. We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to comment on how the scheme should be shaped, as the planning process progresses.
